In 2012 Mike identified the serious lack of PDI's in the Wildlife Industry of South Africa. After launching a Feasibility study report Mike determined that there were even more underlying problems that kept the participation of indigenous people and indeed rural communities suppressed. Mike was determined to change the inequality, relief poverty and develop the economy for all. The long road developed a project that embraces not only one sector or individual but the total economy and its responsibility to develop its citizens and the environment all are dependant on.

Suzette has extensive experience in mentoring emerging farmers. As a qualified agriculturalist Suzette heads up the business and supported by her team of expertise that are able to mentor guide and coach emerging farmers into sustainable small scale and commercial farmers of the future.

Kobus has experience of more than 30 years, which include dairy farming, layer units, broiler and Feedlot units, pig units, beef cattle, horses, irrigation, sheep farming and about all cash crops, and has experience and worked at Land- and Agricultural Bank, as field officer, combined with training experience, Kobus sees it as a challenge to help upcoming emerging farmers to be successful. Due to Kobus's experience as mentor, working with Department of Rural Development and financial background and training experience Kobus will contribute a lot to any project. Extensive know about most of the problems that occurred in the past can help in solving problems by preventing it. Human relations are but the cornerstone of success
C.O.D. Agriculture
Siebren as the Chief Operations Director, has been in the agricultural industry for 23 years. Siebren has extensive experience working with tunnel and open field farmers assisting them with chemical fertilizers, biological fertilizers, agrochemicals and the balance between all of them, beginning with the soil all the way to the top of the plant and it's produce.
Rekopane Group has signed MoU's with the Governors of Kwango and Kasai Central in the DRC. Rekopane Group will be assisting in developing Infrastructure, Agriculture and Mining within these two Provinces connecting the Provinces with Angola and contributing in the Free Trade Agreements signed between the two Countries.

This sub-hub allows the Co-operative to participate in various crop and fruit production. These Tunnels are climate controlled to allow various varieties to be produced across the full year . This adds to the permanent Jobs created by the Agri Hub and adds to seasonal pickers and workers to compliment the job creation.
